Testimonials
“Just wanted to send you a quick message to say thank you so so much for everything you did to help me recover from my L5 injury. From the moment I came to see you I never regretted it because you were able to see what was going on and gave me the best tool to get back to moving better than I was before! No one else I saw could figure it out but now I have my state comp in just over a week and if all goes well I'll be qualifying for nationals in June! I couldn't recommend and or thank you enough.”

More about me
Back in 2014 I started working in the fitness industry, taking personal training and group fitness classes. I was particularly interested in exercise form, rehabilitation, and strength training that improves physical and mental well-being.
This lead me into continuing my studies (2016) in Remedial Massage and Myotherapy with the goal to help more people have a better quality of life.
